Commodore Ixalite is a vice president in charge of interstellar associations in the powerful Associated Industries corporation. Due to the total lack of conflict-of-interest laws, he is also a commodore in the Lunarian navy, one of A.I.'s primary customers. Born to moderately wealthy parents on Lunaris, Axel first ascended the corporate ladder, only later using his power and prestige to acquire a naval commission.
